Arriving at an isolated village by boat, she quickly checks into a local hotel. After a romantic night with a fellow American named Frank, a former army pilot, Janet finds herself arrested by a crooked corrupt cop named Sgt. Flores and subsequently found guilty of a trumped-up charge involving possession of narcotics. Janet is transported with other women prisoners by truck to an isolated castle located deep in the jungle that serves as a hellish women's penitentiary. The brutal wardens and staff at the prison not only treat the inmates as their own sexual playthings, but also force the ladies into prostitution and even let decadent rich paying folks hunt them down like animals in the jungle, a sort of wildlife hunting game with the women as preys.
