aka Sex and Black Magic. A middle aged woman Helen (Nieves Navarro) flies from London to the Caribbean island of Santo Domingo to visit her anthropologist husband Paul (Richard Harrison) who is studying the cannibalistic customs of the island's black native tribe. A black woman Haini (Lucia Ramirez) has to eat her dead father's heart to preserve his soul and spirit on the island. Helen becomes close to Haini and the 2 of them have a lesbian affair much to Paul's chagrin. Though Helen sees their affair as merely a passing interlude, Haini takes it seriously and plans to keep Helen on the island permanently using black magic.
