aka Cicciolina Numero Uno. Cicciolina (Ilona Staller) and her entourage comprising of Denise Dior, Susan Turner, Chris Clark and Andre Kay go on a tour of Sicily to promote her striptease show at a local disco. Everywhere they go, they are welcomed by large enthusiastic crowds. However on the night of her striptease performance, Cicciolina is arrested by the local police for staging an illegal obscene act. At the police station, Cicciolina turns the table on the police by initiating an orgy with several police officers taking part in it.
