Koniji is an electronic geek who spends his time repairing computers, electronic gadgets and toys which he picks up from rubbish dumps near the place where he lives. One day while scouring through a dump site he sees a dirty doll like figure lying still on the ground. He picks up the doll and takes it home to his house. When cleaning up the doll, it suddenly becomes alive and introduces itself to Koniji as Sarah from another world. She has come to Earth to look for her lost sister.
