aka The Monster of Napoli Roma Highway. Sergio recounts while sitting in his jail cell how he and his 2 cohorts Nicola and Santo terrorize women whose car or motorbike had broken down along the Napoli Roma Highway. They would force the women at gunpoint to follow them to their hideout and then rape them. On some occasions they break into houses along the highway and rape the women folks inside their own house in the presence of their husbands.
